Hi, I’m Ashley!
My life looked much different a few years ago, but now? Every day, I wake up with passion and purpose. Entrepreneurship was never in my plan, but somehow my journey in life led me here, and even though I'm beyond nervous I'll screw it up, I show up. Every day!
Before becoming a mama I worked as a dental hygienist for 7 years, and I was fortunate enough to be able to stay home and raise my kids. This was my dream! I very quickly started to miss that old part of me! I was craving something to keep me creative, something I could do from home with my kids. I began fashion blogging in 2018, and did that for two years until it grew much bigger than I imagined! This was a lot of fun and it felt great to help other women feel confident and help them find clothes, while sharing pieces of my life with the world until an opportunity came to me and I am so thankful! I now get to help people with their confidence (what I was partly doing already with fashion blogging) but I am now also impacting so many lives around me! Ive found my passion in life and I get so fired up inside each morning ready to tackle whatever the day brings.
Every decision I made was integral in forming the life of time freedom I have now, and my heart and my talent have been turned towards helping other women thrive in their own space with purpose and direction.
On most days you'll find me in my pajamas with a cup of coffee in hand, topknot on my head, and running around like a crazy women with my two toddlers, fitting work into the nooks and crannies of my life. I hope that you never leave my space without feeling empowered, encouraged, or inspired!

What does your average day look like?
Each day is different, which I love. Some days are office days, where I spend most of my time at my desk answering emails, working on web trainings, or spending a lot of time on the phone. Other days are shoot days! Shooting for brands or making my own content. Most days my kids are home with me so I work when I can! I have childcare 2x week so I can get a lot done those days! I take my schedule week by week, as to not get too overwhelmed! In the evenings I spend time with the kids making dinner, bath time, bedtime routine and then the occasionally evening training I will host or hop on to listen in on.
What Monat products do you use regularly?
You'll never find me without the Dry Shampoo, Rejuveniqe oil, or the Replenish Masque! My favorite shampoo and conditioner are part of the Damage Repair line, they keep my fine hair smooth and so manageable. I always use the black 2-in-1 shampoo as my first wash shampoo.

Social media tips?
Post daily and often. Utilize stories and live videos! Create content that feels authentic to you. And choose the five things/pillars that you're most passionate about, and only focus on those things when posting content. Number one tip - post daily! Consistency always wins. Use your stories to educate/entertain, use your feed for aesthetic and to catch peoples eye.
