TIPS FOR STAYING FIT DURING THE HOLIDAYS!
A few helpful tips to get you fit in no time!
Don’t diet! I know you want to get into your best shape ever but seriously hold off around the holidays. You will be tempted with so many good things to eat and trust me that won’t be fun for you.
Instead of having your three meals a day, try just eating two larger meals. A late breakfast and then another big meal for dinner. Then you’ll be able to sneak in some sweets throughout the night without feeling guilty.
Okay so you ate way too much! No need to stress. Now the next day you most likely won’t feel as hungry since going way over your calories, but try to balance back out by holding back on extra calories the next day.
Stay active! My fiancee Kale and I plan our workouts together when we can to stay motivated and push each other through the the workout! We have been working out side by side for almost every workout for 3 years now and love it!
