THE SECRET TO YOUR AMAZING MONTH

This last year has been incredibly transitional for me. From massive shifts in my personal life (hello single mom of two life), and in my business (amazing growth). I feel like there has been more adjusting, regrouping and pivoting in these past several months than ever before. And I am so excited to be able to take you along for this journey. Today, I’m diving into a few areas of my life that I’m asked about a lot: my mindset & staying motivated, my health, and my business journey. Let’s go!

30 DAYS OF ACTION.

As we walk through this month, ask yourself: did you accomplish what you wanted to in February? What about January? And most importantly, what will make the remainder of March any different? I’m personally entering this first week of March with more excitement, more determination and more energy than ever before. If you want to change your life, it’s time to stop waiting, and start acting. Make this your Fired Up March Madness Month!

HEALTH IS WEALTH.

Since I started sharing more about my health journey, I've gotten quite a few Qs about what my diet looks like now, and if I can share some of my go to meals.

Honestly I am a pretty basic meal gal. Breakfast I usually have eggs, fruit, toast/bagel/waffles/cereal or hash browns and eggs. I like to always incorporate carbs, fats and proteins into each of my meals.

Lunch I like to make a turkey sandwich, vegetables, smoothie, chicken rice bowl, greek salads.

I try to lift weights 3 times a week in my home gym. The only cardio I do is walks outside or shovelling/ yard work. I would like to get an indoor bike to do some early morning cardio to start my days off but we haven’t got there yet!

LET’S CHAT BUSINESS. HOW IT STARTED VS HOW IT'S GOING.

Did you know that I’ve been going live on video on social media since 2018? That’s 4 years of practice. Showing up on some type of live video format, everyday, for four years. So whenever people tell me they can’t do what I do... I say, “sure you can. but will you? Are you willing to show up when no ones watching? When no one is commenting? When it feels like nothings working? Are your dreams that important to you?” Because I did. For years.

I kept showing up: 

when I had no idea what I was doing.
when I stumbled over my words.
when no one watched.
when people made fun of me.
when I didn’t make a sale.
when I didn’t feel like it.
when my creativity felt dead.
when I didn’t feel ready.

Everyday. And I’m still here. Because my vision for where I was going was strong, and my why was non negotiable. Because I would have rather died than not pursued the life I wanted to live. The time will pass anyway; don’t wake up in 12 months wishing you started sooner. there’s no “right time”. There’s only today.
